how we work
Given below is our typical work methodology. The steps / timelines may vary depending on the complexity and the scope of the project. The below steps are provided for indicative purposes only.
STEP 1
First meeting and project review
- Provide an Overview of our Company and Services
- Understand your needs and the Project Scope
- Understand your likes and dislikes that helps us to identify and recognize the your tastes
STEP 2
INITIAL SITE VISIT & DESIGN DISCUSSION
- We visit your site to get an insight into space and your requirements
- We try to understand what you are looking at
- Present initial set of designs or sketches to see if we can meet your requirements
STEP 3
DRAFT TO FINAL DESIGN STAGE
- Based on initial set of meetings/ discussions and site visit, we will provide you with detailed design of what we can
provide you. - The discussion includes details such as wood to be used, fabric to be used,colors, polish etc.
- We will keep modifying the drafts till final design is concluded.
- We normally finish this in 2-4 discussions.
- Additional discussions and/or complete change in costs may involve further costs
STEP 4
MANUFACTURING
Time & Cost: Depends on the scope and complexity of the furniture to be designed and is also dependent on the final designs and materials to be used.
- We now personally get involved in sourcing the materials required for your designs. There is a complete quality
check on the kind of wood sourced - We work with our carpenters to get the designs made
- We work with polish and upholstery team to work on putting final touches to your products
STEP 5
FINAL DELIVERY/ INSTALLATION
- We will finish packaging your final product
- We will coordinate delivery with you
- In case you have ordered built in cabinets – such as Niche Cabinets, Wardrobes, Wall Units, Book Shelves etc.
- our team will come to your site and install the respective items.
STEP 6
POST DELIVERY/ INSTALLATION SERVICE
Within 3–6 months of delivery/ installation, you may provide us feedback on any of the items delivered or if there is anything that they are not satisfied with.
- We welcome any questions on product / wood maintenance etc. and will be more than happy to provide you with
any other services within our scope.
